I have a very small amount of ready made stock. Most pieces will be made to order therefore could take up to 6 weeks before they’re ready to ship depending on design. Pieces with stones tend to take the longest whereas smaller items like earrings will be typically ready in about 1 - 2 weeks. Please get in touch if you require your jewellery for a certain date.

Jewellery will be packaged in an Elizabeth Chamberlain branded box, wrapped in tissue for protection, and tied with a card and ribbon. The parcel will arrive in a generic, unbranded padded envelope for security reasons.

Shipping

All UK orders will be shipped by either recorded or special delivery which is an insured, next day service which will require a signature. Please get in touch if you require the delivery on a certain day and I will try to accommodate this.

International delivery

 Returns

I hope very much that you will love your new piece of jewellery, however, if you plan to return an item, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it for a refund. Any jewellery returned must be unworn and returned in its original packaging. After this time, I will be happy to offer an exchange or credit note to the value of your purchase up until 28 days after you received your purchase.

I can not accept returns on bespoke orders or personalised items, including engraved items. I also cannot accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons.
